This policy explains what information the online game TERAFOM collects when you create an account and play, how that information is used, and what to do if you want it deleted.
1. Information we collect

Your login ID is secret
Your login ID is used only to log in. It is never shown on the game screen or to other players. The name others see is the character name you choose separately. Do not tell anyone your login ID or password.
2. Why we use it
- To create your account and log you in
- To save your progress and run the online world everyone shares
- To keep the chat and the game safe, and to handle reports
- To prevent cheating and abuse and keep the service working properly
We do not use your information for any purpose other than those listed above.
3. What other players can see
Players in the same world can see your character name, character's looks, position and chat messages. Where there is a leaderboard, your character name and score are shown. Other players can visit the city you built even when you are not online.
Your login ID and password are never shown to other players under any circumstances. The only name made public is your character name, so do not use your real name or contact details as your character name or in chat.
4. Sharing information
We do not sell your information. The game itself contains no ad-tracking tools. Your data is handled only by the providers that run and deliver the game servers.
- Game server hosting — stores account and game data and runs the game.
- Cloudflare — delivers this website and some connections safely and quickly.
- Platforms where you get or play the game — features of the platform that provides the game, such as Steam, Google Play, App Store or Cadeplay (purchases, achievements, cloud saves), are handled under that platform's own privacy policy.
Otherwise, we do not share information with third parties unless required by law.
5. Keeping and deleting
Account and game data are kept for as long as the account exists. Chat and connection records are kept only as long as needed to handle reports, run the service and prevent cheating, and are then deleted.
To delete your account and its game data, send a request with your character name to the contact below (how to request account deletion). We will delete it after confirming. Deleted data cannot be restored.
You can remove the login details and settings left on your device yourself by logging out of the game or uninstalling it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See the information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your account and data
- Object to how it is processed
Send your request to the contact below. We will act on it after confirming that you own the account, and reply within a reasonable time from the day we receive it.
7. Children
Terafom is a game for families to enjoy together, and you must be 12 or older to create an account on your own. If you are not old enough to agree to this policy yourself where you live, please ask a parent or guardian before you start playing.
If you think a child has created an account without permission, please let us know. We will delete that account after confirming.
Terafom has no PvP. Players cannot hurt other players, and items a monster drops are visible only to the player who defeated it. Please talk with your child about never sharing personal details such as their real name, address, school or phone number in chat.
8. About this website
This website (terafom.com) is a static page that introduces the game. It uses no cookies or analytics tools that track visitors. There is no sign-up and no login.
The website opens in the language your browser is set to. If you choose a language yourself, that choice is saved only in your browser for your next visit and is never sent to us.
The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare may keep access logs for security and delivery. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address is sent to Google when the fonts are downloaded.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. We will also announce important changes in the game.
