To delete your account in the online game TERAFOM and its game data, send a request to the email address below. We will delete it after confirming.

How to ask
- Send an email to thruthesky@gmail.com with “Account deletion request” in the subject line.
- Write the character name of the account to delete in the body. If you have several accounts, list every character name to delete.
- We will reply with how to confirm that you own the account. Once confirmed, we delete the account and email you when it is done.
Never write your password in the email. We will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
What is deleted
- Your account — login ID and password (stored as a hash)
- Your character name and character's looks
- Your game progress, such as items, inventory and quest progress
- The records that the cities and building props you made are yours
Deleted accounts and data cannot be restored. You cannot play with the same character again.
What may remain
- Chat and connection records (IP addresses and so on) — kept only as long as needed to handle reports, run the service and prevent cheating, then deleted.
- Land tiles added to shared land — they may stay in the world so that other players' land and cities are not cut apart. Once the account is deleted, they are no longer linked to you.
