요청하는 방법
- thruthesky@gmail.com 으로 메일을 보냅니다. 제목에 “계정 삭제 요청”이라고 적어 주세요.
- 본문에 지울 계정의 캐릭터 이름을 적습니다. 계정이 여러 개라면 지울 캐릭터 이름을 모두 적어 주세요.
- 계정의 주인인지 확인하는 방법을 답장으로 안내해 드립니다. 확인되면 계정을 지우고, 끝났다고 메일로 알려 드립니다.
비밀번호는 메일에 절대 적지 마세요. 저희는 어떤 경우에도 비밀번호를 묻지 않습니다.
지워지는 정보
- 계정 — 로그인 ID 와 비밀번호(해시 형태로 저장된 값)
- 캐릭터 이름과 캐릭터 외형
- 레벨·경험치·아이템 등 게임 진행 기록
- 그 계정으로 세운 모듈(건물)
지운 계정과 데이터는 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 같은 캐릭터로 다시 게임을 할 수 없습니다.
남을 수 있는 정보
- 접속 기록(IP 주소 등) — 서비스 운영과 부정 행위 방지에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관한 뒤 지웁니다.
- 깔아 둔 바닥 — 모든 플레이어가 함께 쓰는 정착지 땅이라 남을 수 있습니다. 계정이 지워진 뒤에는 누가 깔았는지 여러분과 이어지지 않습니다.
기기에 남은 로그인 정보와 설정은 게임의 로컬 데이터나 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지워서 직접 없앨 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 봐 주세요.

To delete your TERAFOM account and its game data, send an email to thruthesky@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and the character name of each account you want deleted. We will reply to confirm that you own the account, delete it, and let you know when it is done. Never send your password. We will never ask for it.
Deleted: your account (login ID and password, stored only as hashes), character name and appearance, level, experience, items and other progress, and the modules you built. Deletion cannot be undone.
May be kept: connection logs (such as IP addresses), only for as long as needed to run the service and prevent abuse; floor tiles you laid in the shared settlement, which stay in the world but are no longer linked to you.
